Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to fill a permanent, full-time role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out breakdown repairs and preventative servicing on fixed plant machinery
  • Diagnose faults and overhaul gearboxes, pumps, and other heavy mechanical systems
  • Assist with workshop rebuilds and maintain plant reliability

Requirements:
  • Previous experience with heavy industrial equipment
  • Solid knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Forklift and dogging tickets highly regarded

For this position, we require excellent technical skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong communication skills.

Applicants should possess a solid understanding of heavy mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as prior experience working with heavy industrial equipment.

Candidates will be expected to assist with workshop rebuilds and ensure the continued reliability of our plant operations.
