Plant Maintenance Specialist

A key role within the maintenance function, responsible for coordinating and overseeing workshop maintenance activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing of mobile equipment to maintain optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Ensure equipment is well maintained, clean and fit for purpose, and manage breakdowns efficiently in an appropriate timeframe.
- Work closely with subcontractors to achieve alignment between project goals and subcontract compliance.
- Coordinate and control ongoing maintenance to plant and equipment during major shutdown repairs.
- Lead and educate employees to create a workplace culture free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
This leadership role requires Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or Electrical Trade Qualifications and at least 5 years mining experience with exposure to supervision of maintenance.
