Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT support professional to fill the position of Officer ICT Support Services. This role is an integral part of our ICT Service Desk, providing continuous support to our organisation between 6am and 6pm on a roster basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-level phone support with patience and empathy.
  • Install, maintain, and provide technical assistance for Windows desktop operating systems and software.
  • Commitment to offering high-quality advice and service to clients.
  • Collect and ensure accurate ticket data, including resolutions and tasks.
  • Actively collaborate with Council's ICT Team.
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with new technologies and participating in relevant training programs.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an ICT service delivery environment.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting desktop hardware and software applications.
  • Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence or above that is current and maintained.
  • Industry Certification in Microsoft Technologies is advantageous.
