Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to all stakeholders by delivering timely and cost-effective solutions that exceed expectations.
- Monitor and respond to recruitment queries using your expertise and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with panels to execute end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, resolving routine and moderately complex queries efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches for identified roles using LinkedIn and other platforms to identify top talent.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in recruitment services, documenting knowledge and drafting high-impact talent acquisition materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Capacity to learn new skills and technologies quickly, embracing change as an opportunity for growth.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources setting.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant work experience in human resources, demonstrating a strong understanding of business operations.
