We are a privately owned family run business that is a market leader in managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual to join our growing team as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage the property presentation and cleanliness standards, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to improve customer service and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
