Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual to join our growing team as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of property presentation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of property presentation and cleanliness, ensuring our facilities are always presented in an excellent condition.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire for self-development and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
