GoActive Outdoors is a subsidiary of the ARB Group, and is the exclusive importer and distributor of Thule Sport & Cargo and Active with Kids range of products. GoActive Outdoors is also the exclusive importer and distributor of Konig tyre chains.
We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with GoActive distributed products. You will utilise your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a great understanding of the company's products to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions via our CRM platform.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- **Customer Education**:Educate customers on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
**About you**:
- Experience in technical sales, retail sales
- Prior experience in technical customer support or help desk role preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting product repairs and consumer issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software for managing customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
