Job DescriptionAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of consultants in occupational rehabilitation. Your role will involve overseeing the team's performance and quality, exploring new opportunities for growth, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also provide advice and coaching on case management practices, while managing a reduced, specialized case load of your own.Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling
  • Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
  • Minimum of two year's of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
  • Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
