Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients.
The successful candidate will have experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes.
The role involves delivering high quality occupational rehabilitation services, including discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct discipline specific assessments and provide consultancy services
- Develop and implement injury prevention initiatives
- Manage cases and ensure effective return to work outcomes
- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology
- Experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
