Job DescriptionThis role involves working as a Rehabilitation Consultant, guiding and managing clients' journeys as they return to life after physical or psychological injury. You will influence your clients to achieve the results they've identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
- Vocational Assessments: Performing assessments both face-to-face and virtually to identify suitable career paths for clients.
- Return to Work Goals: Supporting clients to achieve their return to work goals through guidance, coaching, and education.
- Psychological Support: Providing non-compensable or claim-related psychological and psychosocial support to corporate and government customers.
- Complex Case Management: Managing complex psychological cases requiring specialist expertise and intervention.
- Risk Tools: Utilising award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Provisional or Full)
- Full registration and membership with relevant professional bodies (ASORC, APHRA, or AASW)
- A current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- A full Australian working visa and drivers' license
