Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Professionals, overseeing their performance and quality, exploring new opportunities and growth areas, mentoring and training junior staff members, providing advice and coaching on case management practices, managing a reduced specialized case load, identifying Return To Work barriers, designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coaching a team of Professionals
  • Overseeing the team's performance and quality
  • Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members
  • Providing advice and coaching on case management practices
  • Managing a reduced, specialized case load
  • Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Current Vehicle and Driver's Licence and ability to travel for work
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough assessments
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-level customer service and grow the business through increased referrals
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
