Job Title: HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a bachelor degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in HR, including 3 years in a managerial role.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching, mentoring, and building capability for today and tomorrow.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
  • Advise management on employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, WHS regulations, and industry obligations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior leadership.
About You
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in balancing strategic influence and hands-on delivery.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
