Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our operational focused, stand-alone HR position within a dynamic and diverse scope. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth with a company undergoing exponential growth.

  • Provide leadership, support, guidance, coaching, and training to managers throughout the employee lifecycle journey.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR and workforce management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities, mitigate, and manage risks across the HR function.

Key responsibilities will also include maintaining alignment with external industry bodies and representatives and handling all community and external relations matters relating to the HR function.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations in the construction and/or manufacturing environments including operations/sites exposure.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading and delivering the HR strategy and day-to-day tactical operational activities across the HR lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure within a fast-paced and constantly evolving commercial environment.
