We are seeking a passionate HR Administrator who is looking to take on more of a challenge. This is a great position with the opportunity to work closely with the Director of HR and supporting her with all HR Functions.

The purpose of the position of Human Resources Assistant is being the first point of contact for staff who attend the Human Resources Department. This position also provides administrative assistance and support to the Director of Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- HR Compliance
- Inductions
- Assist with maintaining the online training programs
- Liaise with the Payroll Officer, when required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar administration role, preferably within a Human Resources Department, l
Tertiary qualifications relevant to this position eg Certificate IV in Business Administration; or Human Resources
- The ability to act with discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to staff is an essential requirement of this role;
Demonstrated strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines; and be able to respond rapidly to change; and
- A current Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain
