As a Reservation Services Representative, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
  • Determine appropriate room types based on guest needs.
  • Verify availability of room types and rates.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Provide information about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
  • Maximize revenue through sales techniques.
  • Input and access data in the reservation system.
  • Indicate special room reservations by inputting correct codes and rates into the system.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Protect guest and coworker privacy and security.
