Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Front Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and welcoming service to customers
- Settle customer accounts accurately and adhere to all credit and accounting procedures
- Manage customer grievances in a professional and timely manner
- Store and retrieve customer luggage as required or requested
- Ensure seamless communication across daily hotel functions
- Attend to incoming calls professionally and politely
- Handle customer requests promptly and efficiently
- Process customer mail, messages, and deliveries as requested
- Provide tourist information and make reservations for sightseeing tours and activities
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, extensive experience in customer service, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. They will also demonstrate a team player attitude, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and high level of confidentiality.
