Job Opportunity: Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reservations Coordinator. As the first point of contact for room reservations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for answering telephone enquiries, converting leads into contracted business, and responding to customers in a highly professional manner. You will also be required to provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, room rates, promotions, and available room types.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone enquiries and actively converting enquiries into booked rooms
  • Identifying sales opportunities and communicating with clients to secure bookings
  • Responding to all customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards

Requirements:

  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level of IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of property management systems
