Civil Construction Estimator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil construction estimator to manage the full tender process for projects up to $2 million.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction plans, drawings, and specifications, as well as experience in preparing detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions.

Key responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, managing minor earthworks and FRP scopes within estimates, developing construction schedules in MS Projects, drafting and submitting tender qualifications, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy.

  • 25+ years of experience in civil construction estimating
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle
  • Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software
