Civil Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned civil estimator to contribute to our preconstruction team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for working on various tenders in the civil sector valued between $1m-$20m.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in managing projects with a value of $5m to $20m+. You will be part of a dynamic team involved in putting together tenders and participating in tender interviews.

You will be required to work on diverse projects including government initiatives, road construction, streetscaping, landscaping, carparks, and general civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender coordination and preparation
  • Resource management
  • Submission and evaluation of tenders
  • Evaluating and reviewing tender and estimating processes for cost-effectiveness
  • Tender negotiations
  • Tender handover to project teams
  • Budget creation based on tender submissions
  • Contract variation order assessment and pricing
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

We are looking for candidates with tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar fields, as well as 3+ years' management experience on civil construction projects.
