About Scorptec

We are a leading provider of technology solutions, and we're looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team.

As a High-Tech Sales Professional at Scorptec, you will be responsible for assisting customers and the sales team in providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Daily Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance and support to customers via phone, online, or in-store
  • Assessing customer needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Managing point-of-sale processes and handling stock for customer orders
  • Assisting with product returns, warranty, technical services, and warehouse duties
  • Facilitating store marketing and stock management, in-store displays and demos

You will also be required to:

Ongoing Responsibilities
  • Train in different departments to broaden your experience, knowledge, and skills
  • Attend internal or external training and seminars to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
  • Participate in quarterly stocktake

You will need to work and travel between our store locations in NSW: Silverwater and Macquarie Park.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing, customer service, or retail roles
  • A passion for technology and technical knowledge about IT hardware and PC systems
  • A can-do attitude, and a willingness to assist in the operation of the branch
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Integrity, honesty, passion, and ability to deal with multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment

Your salary will be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
