The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Clinical Governance Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to the efficient management of administrative tasks, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong Microsoft 365 skills who can handle both internal and external communications professionally. You will manage projects such as improving the functionality of the clinical governance reporting, doctors quarterly clinical reports, accreditation reports, and our safety reporting database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance Team
