About the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in providing administrative support, with a focus on confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings;
- Preparing agendas and drafting minutes;
- Tracking action items and ensuring timely completion;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinating travel requirements and expenses;
- Providing support to senior leadership team members;
- Assisting with board-level papers and executive-level presentations.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive or group executive level;
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Excellent administrative skills with a strong attention to accuracy and detail;
- Professional, calm, and 'can-do' approach to everything;
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
- Fast and accurate typing skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
