Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and contribute to operational success. This site-based role will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Operations Manager/SSE.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver HR strategies that support site objectives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are required.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in heavy industry or mining (coal preferred) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, award interpretation, and IR/ER practices is necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with influence and leadership abilities are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach are essential.
