Franchise Business Owner and Recruitment Leader

About the Position:
This is an opportunity to develop a recruitment business as part of a global franchise network. As an Emerging Franchisee, you will be supported by experienced mentors and have access to comprehensive training and development programs.
Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, and attending client meetings. You will also participate in our professional development training program and work closely with other agencies within the Frontline network.
As a successful Agency Manager, you can expect a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements. Additionally, you will have the potential to become a full-time owner of a recruitment franchise business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in agency recruitment, proven business development skills, and strong interpersonal communication abilities. They should also be able to manage their activities effectively using an ATS platform and work well under pressure.
