About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in our Markets Data Management Team, you'll play a key role as a SME that can perform Markets requests across the Client Lifecycle with minimal guidance and provide expertise decision making on process and product requirements.

Your Day-to-Day

  • You will handle all Markets related requests and queries, including Product Onboarding, Regulatory, Confirmations and Settlements setups, Amendments, and Offboarding.
  • You will coordinate & manage customer Regulatory, Investor Suitability, and Market product requirements.
  • You will drive strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliant.
  • You will take personal responsibility for delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • You will deliver required output in a consistent manner to ensure SLA delivery.
  • You will run Controls to ensure our Service Providers meet SLA and Quality metrics.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve processes and customer experience.

What We Need

  • You will have experience in servicing different client types, including Corporate, Hedge Funds, and Financial Institutions.
  • You will have knowledge of the Markets Trade Lifecycle, including Confirmations and Settlements.
  • You will have strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • You will have banking experience, preferably wholesale banking.
  • You will have knowledge of Market Data and/or Collateral Management, OTC and Futures Clearing.
  • You will have an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • You will have knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting Markets Products.
  • You will have influencing skills with strong written and oral communication capabilities.
  • You will have the ability to apply a strong level of problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with evidence-based decision making.
