Role Description

As a key member of our Identity Access team, you will play a critical role in shaping the access management landscape. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and implementing role frameworks, ensuring seamless adoption and enforcement across strategic platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, with experience in developing and maintaining role models, entitlement relationships, and fine-grained access controls. Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to integrate and interrogate large datasets, will enable you to deliver actionable insights and drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on role design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of access models, including fine-grained and coarse-grained controls, entitlement relationships, and segregation of duties.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
