Identity Access Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining access structures, request processes, and management strategies across our strategic identity platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement role frameworks for adoption and enforcement.
- Design checks and balances for access requests.
- Drive simplification of the role estate through data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual submission efforts.
- Aid in policy definition and challenge proposed policies related to segregation of duties.
- Address legacy policies and inconsistent data.
- Deliver actionable insights on outlier access and predictive analytics.
- Highlight and address data inconsistencies.
- Strong experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of access models and entitlement relationships.
- Ability to deliver frameworks aligned with internal policies and industry standards.
- Experience integrating and interrogating large data sets.
- Knowledge of business processes related to banking.
- Experience with Audit, Compliance, and Risk functions.
- Strong written and communication skills.
