Access Identity Specialist

Our Identity Access Management team is responsible for structuring access to our strategic identity platforms. This includes defining how access should be requested, presented, and managed.

Role management lifecycle (creation, modification, decommission) and policy maintenance are key focus areas, driven by data insights that enable proactive engagement with business units and technology teams.

\Responsibilities
  • Define the role framework for adoption/enforcement across applicable identity platforms.\
  • Establish checks and balances as access becomes requestable.\
  • Streamline the role estate using data-driven insights to reduce stale or redundant access/roles.\
  • Identify opportunities to minimize manual submission effort across business units and technology teams.\
  • Assist in defining/challenging proposed policies related to segregation of duties/toxic access combinations.\
  • Address legacy policies existing on multiple platforms ('false' SODs/significant 'business rules').\
  • Deliver actionable insights regarding outlier access, overlapping access, and predictive analytics.\
  • Highlight and address data inconsistencies related to requestable/birthright/pre-approved access.\
  • Contribute to assurance test case development and technology roadmaps.

As a member of our team, you will have strong experience in identity and access management, fine-grained access models, and entitlement relationships. You will deliver frameworks aligned with internal policies and industry standards.

Key skills include integrating and interrogating large data sets, translating them into actionable business insights, and understanding business processes related to banking to aid in segregation of duties policy development.

Strong written and communication skills are essential for this role.
