The Role
The Identity and Access Management Engineer will implement and support ASIC's Identity and Access Management systems and solutions with a high project orientation.

Sydney based location
Salary: $123,444 - $144,386 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

The Role & Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership: Lead contributions across IAM platforms, work closely with Cyber and Infrastructure initiatives, and develop and mentor other IAM engineers for modernisation.
Collaborating: Align identity programs with business needs by liaising with Architecture, Cyber, Compliance, Legal, and Human Resources.
Identity Management: Design and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and access control.
Access Control: Develop and enforce access policies to ensure only authorized individuals access sensitive data and systems.
System Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with applications and systems to streamline access and security.
Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management.
Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and configurations.
Collaboration: Work with other IT teams for seamless integration and operation of IAM solutions.
Lifecycle Management: Maintain lifecycle management of IAM solutions per ISM standards.
Change Management: Conform to ASIC's ITIL processes, including incident and change management.
Outside Hours: May require work outside of hours to support critical operational changes, incidents, and projects.

About You
We seek someone with over 7 years of proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, including Oracle IAM, Sail Point, OKTA, and Entra ID.
You will also have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server
Deep knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control
Experience with authentication standards and technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID
Extensive experience with IAM technologies such as SSO, two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
