**Service Excellence Manager Role**:

This pivotal position focuses on delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing a great quality and approachable experience. We're seeking an outstanding leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role involves leading a team through service, with responsibilities extending beyond just customer service to include rostering, training and development management, ordering, stock management, and labour management. This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth and progression.

We're looking for someone who is results-driven, people-focused, and passionate about food and wine. As a Service Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and training others to form a strong team in an exciting venue.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills, able to supervise a busy flow of service delivery and roll with any challenges that may arise. You'll need to be comfortable diving into hands-on work to get things done efficiently, while also enjoying a bit of extra responsibility. A passion for food and wine is essential, as well as a desire to lead by example in providing an amazing customer experience.
