We are seeking a results-driven Associate Director to spearhead our growing Infrastructure Project and Program Management (PPM) team in Brisbane.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role, driving the successful delivery of projects, mentoring a high-performing team, and contributing to our business's continued success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing major infrastructure projects
  • Strong technical expertise in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strong network of contacts within the infrastructure sector

The Associate Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading and growing the PPM team
  • Strategic contribution to achieving business area/divisional targets
  • Operational excellence in managing the operational aspects of the business
  • Client and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Project delivery, including quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Business development to identify and secure new opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised degree or AIPM credentials in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in a consultancy environment
  • Proven experience working with Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and Queensland Rail (QR)
  • Major rail project experience and business case and design management expertise
