
Workforce and Administrative Manager

The Workforce and Administration Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve complex workforce and administrative management planning work within an integrated workforce.
They are accountable for having and maintaining a well-developed understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
- Perform activities such as recruitment, periodical staff reporting to the Joint Logistics Command and Group, branch Finance for the Logistics Systems Branch.
- Work with each Directorate of the LSB to manage internal and external training needs.
- Work with LSB Governance Officers to ensure that the relevant HR requirements are being managed in line with JLC and JCG directives.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exchange information to achieve business outcomes.
