Job Title:

Australian Border Force Workforce Administrator


Key Responsibilities:

The Australian Border Force (ABF) is seeking a Workforce Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and support to the Border Force Officer Recruit Training (BFORT) recruitment process, including coordinating and facilitating the advertising campaign for BFORT recruitment.

The role also involves preparing correspondence and documentation, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions, and advising decision makers of outcomes in clear, concise language.

The Workforce Administrator will develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders within the ABF and across the broader portfolio to advance workforce management interests and priorities.

The role requires proven ability in coordinating and prioritising different tasks and projects simultaneously both independently and as a member of a team.

The Workforce Administrator will engage effectively with key stakeholders from within ABF and the Department to achieve outcomes, produce high-quality data, briefings, and presentations to team members, managers, and stakeholders.
