This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic thinker to provide expert advice on workforce management and planning activities.

  • The Australian Government seeks a skilled professional to engage, negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders on complex workforce matters to achieve business outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will facilitate understanding and advice on specific workforce management and planning activities, including workforce design, demand and supply.
  • Procedural, administrative and business support documentation consistent with Defence policies and relevant employment legislative frameworks must be developed and implemented.
About the Role

Aerospace Systems Division is a high-performing team dedicated to acquiring and sustaining Air Force's operational aircraft fleet and related systems. The Strategic Workforce and Business Officer will contribute to the effective management of our office and ensure divisional operations are appropriately managed.
