Lead the Way in Luxury Hospitality

At The Star Sydney, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and creating a great place to work for our team members. As an Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Front Office Operations on the overnight shift.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team. You will lead, motivate, and engage our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service, ensuring the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Front Office Agents to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office, responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
  • Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team members

Requirements:

  • Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment
  • Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
  • Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
