About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Silk Hospitality. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our luxury hotels across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping functions to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of designated areas.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct daily guest room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Provide clear communication to other hotel departments to ensure seamless integration and a positive guest experience.
  • Attend to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week, including weekends.
  • Previous Housekeeping Supervisor/Team Leader experience.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience using Opera.
  • Committed to contributing to a seamless guest experience.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • High attention to detail and standards of cleanliness.
