Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group bookings of 10 rooms or more, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Prepare group information sheets and brief hotel stakeholders prior to arrival.
  • Manage group payments, cancellations, rooming lists, and terms and conditions.
  • Maintain control of guest history and report to the Group Reservations Executive and Reservations Manager.
  • Ensure clear communication with other departments for special requests and reservation-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, such as Opera and Opera Cloud.
