Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage our fleet of drivers and heavy vehicles.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Stapylton & West Burleigh, looking after the South of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

  • Manage a team of drivers and supervise all activities of the tipper fleet, ensuring safety, operational, and CoR compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strategies that improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver and fleet management, including driver recruitment and retention, incident investigations, and inspection of job sites to ensure safe delivery.
  • Ensure equipment is operated within safe working conditions and comply with environmental and legislative requirements.
  • Review and manage driver behaviors and performance to industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and meetings to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure maximum output of the fleet.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Transport and Logistics operations, particularly in CoR compliance.
