Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support Drivers: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of drivers to ensure optimal performance and high morale.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address on-the-road issues as they arise, ensuring timely solutions that minimize disruption.
- Compliance and Safety: Support the team to ensure we all adhere to legal regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Support: Communicate with internal and external customers to build relationships and ensure clarity around pick up or delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year previous experience as a Fleet Controller or a similar role within the transport industry.
