Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to lead our vehicle service and maintenance activities.
- Manage fleet operations to ensure high compliance and minimal downtime.
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop and lead a motivated team focused on service excellence.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as experience in heavy vehicle repairs, maintenance, and fleet management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive in occupational health and safety, have excellent planning and coordination skills, and be able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environment responsibilities and achieving key performance indicators.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 12 months as a manager.
- Strong understanding of heavy vehicle repairs, maintenance, and fleet activities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
