Aboriginal Health Coordinator

This position focuses on implementing exceptional care initiatives for healthier lives in the local community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and managing Aboriginal-specific health promotion programs, focusing on HIV, STIs and viral hepatitis prevention and management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement health promotion programs tailored to meet the needs of the Aboriginal community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making recommendations for improvement and expansion as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project coordination skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A degree in a relevant field, such as public health or health education, is highly desirable.
Previous experience in health promotion, program coordination, or a related field is also essential.
