Release Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Management Professional to join our team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment, supporting the successful execution of key product and technology changes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with regional technology counterparts for scope, testing and impact analysis.
  • Analysis of the functional impact of the technology change.
  • Ensuring related release governance items are completed.
  • Overseeing related test planning, review and assurance.
  • Producing test reporting for stakeholders.
  • Conducting sanity testing.
  • Timely identification and mitigation of risks and gaps in initiatives.
  • Coordination of business readiness activities.
  • Improving the end-to-end business release management process.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong passion for problem solving and a can-do attitude.
  • Team player with proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work to objectives either alone or as a member of a small team.
  • Resilience in high pressure situations and environments.
  • Able to work in a high availability environment with rostered weekend work responsibilities.
  • Sound experience in a business analyst role.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
