Business Transformation Professional

This is a Business Transformation position responsible for creating best-in-class customer experience through designing, implementing and streamlining a seamless client journey.

About the Role

The Business Transformation will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to leverage data insights and lead change initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in client experience, satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

To be successful in this role, you will have 5-10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, change management or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives across functions with measurable ROI.
