About Us

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Change Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, managing and implementing simple change strategies that support successful and effective delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary level qualifications in business management or a related discipline, as well as experience with technology or process-based change projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate the engagement and approval of simple change strategies/approaches for allocated projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to identify and assess impacts, assess organisational readiness and develop adoption and transition plans.
  • Deliver simple change plans working with change support areas such as communications, learning, customer experience and human resources.
  • Acknowledge organisational readiness prior to Go Live and develop transition plans containing all necessary activities to migrate the business to new ways of working.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in business management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience acquired through extensive experience.
  • Change management certification or designation highly desirable.
  • 5+ years' experience with technology or process-based change projects.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
