Location: Melbourne or Sydney Salary: From $147,074 - $158,578 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation Position type: Permanent Application closing date: 11:59pm AEST, 27 August 2025 The team The Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.
The role As a Business and Change Lead, your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a team of up to four change practitioners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Developing and implementing change strategies.
Delivering change activities, including communications, engagement, and learning resources.
Overseeing a program view of change, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level.
Integrating change efforts with portfolio, program, and project leads across ASIC.
Coaching business leaders, building stakeholder coalitions, and driving strategic change.
Managing change resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently.
Defining initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change and business readiness outcomes.
Providing reports, presentations, and updates on change progress at project and program levels.
About you Qualifications & Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
Extensive background in organisational change within complex environments.
Change management certification such as Prosci is highly regarded.
Experience coaching on standards and change practices.
Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in project management is highly regarded.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
