About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in New South Wales. As a Staff Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in a short-stay crisis unit and emergency department. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric assessment, treatment, and care planning for patients in the short-stay crisis unit and emergency department.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement and research efforts to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of mental health services and facilitate a culture of learning and best practice.

  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $186,241 - $251,618 and expected salary of $262,376 to $354,479 with allowances.
