About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in New South Wales. As a Consultant in Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist services to emergency patients, inpatients, and out-patients at our hospital. You will have the opportunity to lead teams virtually, serving consumers in the community and inpatient settings in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality specialist psychiatry services to emergency patients, inpatients, and out-patients
  • Lead teams virtually, serving consumers in the community and inpatient settings
  • Support the development of psychiatry services
  • Support and facilitate a culture of learning and best practice
  • Support and develop mental health research within the department
About the Location

Our health district provides health services for around 400,000 people, with a workforce of over 8,500 staff operating eight hospital sites and providing community health services from approximately 58 locations across the region.   • Base Salary: $186,241 - $251,618 (dependent on experience)
  • Expected Salary of $262,376 to $354,479 with allowances
