Hotel and Restaurant Management Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled food and beverage professional to manage our daily kitchen operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking (e.g., dishwashers, kitchen helpers).
- Strive to continually improve guest satisfaction while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major;
- 2 years' experience in the stewarding or related professional area.
