- Efficiently deliver project work focused on assisting the Business Growth Team to achieve desired business results.
- Diligently follow up on membership and credentials via telesales activity to support target achievements.
- Contribute market insight and source sales opportunities through research work and connections.
- Accurately record and maintain customer memberships and interactions across various EA platforms including MyPortal and Salesforce.
- Arrange invoicing to organisations and follow up on outstanding debt.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on Engineers Australia's key membership and credential services and support customer product and service enquiries and applications.
- Contribute to and promote the development of the profession through active participation in Engineers Australia's activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Team and identify process improvements and put forward strategies and solutions for consideration.
- You have relevant experience in project coordination, account management and outbound telesales with a proven ability to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- You are proficiently experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have outstanding communication skills, including verbal and written, and are attentive to detail.
- You are self-motivated, positive, customer-centric with a passion for business growth and success.
- You possess the ability to close a sale, conduct negotiations, influence and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are able to work autonomously, whilst being a committed Team Player to deliver business results.
