We are seeking a dedicated Property Adviser to join our team. As a Property Adviser, you will play a key role in providing expert property advice and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert property advice focusing on buyers from Vietnam.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships using Mandarin or Vietnamese.
  • Engage with clients through various marketing channels including social media platforms.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end property buying process.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates with experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous sales experience required, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
  • Confident in using social media to build personal brand and generate leads.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
  • Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
